COVID-19 Update

At Linn, the health and wellbeing of our customers, partners and employees is our first priority. Our Linn Specialists have taken all precautions required and are ready to welcome you safely into their store. We have resumed an adapted calendar of Events with 1-2-1 spaces bookable by appointment only.

We advise that all customers booked to attend a Linn event with one of our retail partners should check with them directly on the status of the event in case of changes or cancellations. We ask that you adhere to your local government’s guidance and take appropriate measures to keep safe.

Following guidance from the government and World Health Organisation, our in-factory training, events and tours are suspended until further notice. We will continue to review government advice and update our approach as more information becomes available.

Join us for a very special evening with legendary Linn Records Producer and Acoustic Engineer Philip Hobbs.

With over 40 years at Linn, Phil’s journey spans from working on the iconic Isobarik speaker and leading the design of the flagship KOMRI to producing and engineering some of Linn Records’ most celebrated albums. Along the way, he’s collaborated with artists from The Blue Nile and Claire Martin to Paul McCartney, Jon Lord, and the Scottish Chamber Orchestra.

Phil will share insider stories and behind-the-scenes insights from award-winning recordings, including Handel’s Messiah with Dunedin Consort and Mozart Symphonies 38–41 with Sir Charles Mackerras, as well as anecdotes from his years at the cutting edge of hi-fi and the studio.

For those of you into streaming your music, we will also be running demonstrations on a range of Majik DSM, Selekt DSM and Klimax DSM level systems.
